Al Manqala construction & Real Estate Company was established in 2006 by tow Qataris investors, Al Manqala was entrusted to support Qatar’s growing economy and to coordinate the country’s real estate development.
Al Manqala construction are Real estate development company which our business process, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of developed land or parcels to others. We are Real estate developers who coordinate all of these activities, converting ideas from paper to real property. The Real estate development is different from construction, although many developers also manage the construction process.
We are buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders to build projects, create, imagine, control, and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end. We are usually take the greatest risk in the creation or renovation of real estate—and receive the greatest rewards. Typically, developers purchase a tract of land, determine the marketing of the property, develop the building program and design, obtain the necessary public approval and financing, build the structures, and rent out, manage, and ultimately sell it.
Also Almanqala construction available to purchase a property with the plans and permits in place and can start construction on the development immediately. We are working with many different counterparts along each step of development process.
